In the Français au bureau course (prerequisite: Intermediate 102), the emphasis is on tasks such as advising and guiding in the office, talking about your job, reporting, advising a client, and speaking on the phone. Themes such as diversity in the workplace, interpersonal conflicts, and business meetings will also be touched on. With the grammar of Intermediate 103, this course offers a study of more complex structures.

These courses are to be completed during the 10-week session. Students are expected to complete the weekly module through Moodle, and schedule a 30-minute check-in meeting with the teacher each week. Students will be able to choose the time of the meeting.

The Office of Acadian Affairs and Francophonie, with funding from the Canada-N.S. Agreement on French-language services, is covering the course fee for a certain number of participants from the government of Nova Scotia.
